I have started working on something at the gym lately. I have been trying to add a bit of muscle mass, but of course the idea is that I want to be remain at a high level of quickness so that you are able to cope with anything you run into on the field. Of course I am looking at some things like perhaps looking for a shakeology discount if that is going to help me add some bulk. Of course I am not looking to bulk up to no purpose. It is not like body building where you just need to strike a pose and make your muscles pop out for the audience. This is about being able to perform. You want to be big and strong so that you can stand up to the funding and you want to be quick enough to get where you need to be, when you need to be there. Being Strong does you no good if you are out of the play obviously
The key concept is going to be mobility and striking power. You have to be able to figure out what you need to do and then you need to be able to do it as rapidly as you can think it. Not everyone is going to have the instincts, but you can make up for that by understanding the schemes that you are in. Of course there is always a right thing to do and there is usually an instinctive thing to do. You have to be able to know one from the other and you have to figure out what is going to get you the best result in the end. It is going to be pretty easy for you to mess up, but you have to be able to correct..
